Projects live and die by planning and organisation. Coretek use PRINCE2 methodologies and are ISO 9001 certified to ensure that our processes are consistent and repeatable.
Every project we undertake goes through the same iterative process to achieve an exceptional end result.
Survey and Tendering
At this stage, we sit down with you to gauge your requirements and then carry out an in-depth survey to fully understand your current infrastructure and systems. A detailed proposal is produced to outline our recommended solution.
Following an agreed proposal, we produce a project delivery document with full details of the project including scope, project team, stages and timescales. This ensures that both parties are completely in agreement with how the project will be delivered and is vital to a smooth delivery phase.
After the project delivery document is agreed and signed off, the project delivery phase can commence. The work is carried out in a strictly professional manner in accordance with the project delivery document and to ISO 9001 and PRINCE 2 standards. Following the installation work, thorough testing is carried out to confirm that the solution is working as agreed.
Once the testing is complete and the relevant documentation is handed over, the client acceptance stage begins. This includes having engineers available on the handover date to assist with the transition and to answer any questions. Once this is complete and only after you are fully satisfied with the solution can the project can be signed off.
Project Completion and Review
Post sign-off, the project is fully documented in the event of any future support calls and we carry out a project debrief meeting. This gives our team an opportunity to review the project and feed lessons learned into future products. We keep in contact following project completion to ensure you are fully supported.
