Being ISO 9001 accredited is very important for us as it goes right to the heart of providing an exceptional and consistent level of service to all of our clients.
What is ISO 9001?
ISO 9001 is an internationally recognised standard based on quality management. It involves implementing a Quality Management System, which is basically a clear set of procedures (what we do and how we do it) and then regularly checking that these are being followed. ISO 9001 is there to help us “walk the talk” and to reassure our clients that they will get consistently high customer service from us.
Why is ISO 9001 important to me?
As suggested above, the key advantage is that ISO 9001 provides the peace of mind that you will receive excellent service from us. The IT industry is full of companies making bold claims but the great thing about ISO 9001 is we have to be externally audited every year to check that we are actually backing up these claims with our actions. The ISO 9001 standard checks several areas of the business and here are just some of the benefits you will receive from working with an ISO certified company like Coretek:

What’s next?
Coretek are very excited to get to work on the next phase and to keep improving our service to you. Our next goal is to achieve the ISO 27001 certification, which is based around information security. We already have very strict standards for looking after our client’s data and this will be another step in providing this.
